About The Position

PulsePoint is hiring an Associate Client Strategist to join our Client Strategy team, which operates at the intersection of platform expertise, product innovation, sales support, and product marketing. In this role, you will work cross-functionally across the organization to alleviate friction points and streamline processes that enable internal teams to provide exceptional recommendations, powering the decisions of our customers. Your work will be rooted in strategy, drawing on your experience as an expert on the PulsePoint product suite, focusing on providing clients thoughtful, innovative, and insightful ways to utilize our platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-12 months experience in the media planning, buying, programmatic tech space (programmatic trader, media planner, agency exp., ad tech, COE, etc.)
  • Previous exposure working with multi-channel media (Display, OLV, CTV, etc.)
  • Experience with emerging channels/pharma-specific a plus (Audio, DOOH, EHR, etc.)
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation experience.
  • Self-starter with the drive to continue to innovate, improve, and question the status quo.
  • Basic understanding of Excel functions and media math (CPM calculations, CTR, etc.)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Work with sellers & account managers to interpret and respond to client RFP & RFI requests; providing recommendations rooted in strategic and innovative ways to activate media campaigns out of the LIFE platform.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for incremental ways for clients to utilize our product suite.
  • Partner with the campaign activators to provide recommendations on potential enhancements based on client feedback and personal experiences with a primary focus on media planning capabilities.
  • Focus on process and workflow enhancements to create efficiencies in the planning process, internal communication and overall quality of outputs.
