We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service Management II to join our Total Wealth Services Ops team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact to clients to resolve moderately complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
  • Participate in the end-to-end client service delivery model and report on client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a project member on initiatives to help clients streamline their operating model across our franchise and engage in continuous service improvement, including digital adoption.
  • Build relationships with business partners and support client service or sales activities, including assisting in the creation of RFPs, KPIs, or client documents by providing required data.
