We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Services I to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Ability to leverage a general understanding of broader BNY services and offerings.
  • No direct people leadership responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Works with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY.
  • Supports clients in addressing operational and technical questions or issues and ensuring requests are executed.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Assist with account setup, maintenance, and transaction processing.
  • Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
  • Provide clients with information related to BNY products and services representing a limited number of lines of business and geographies and directs them to the appropriate resources, as needed.
  • Monitors client inquiries and escalate non-routine or complex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy, ownership, organization, and prioritization in all tasks related to general client issues and needs to support business development efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client service and contribute to process improvements.
  • Adhere to BNY's policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
