We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service I to join our Wealth Management team. This role can be based in either Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Work directly with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and guide them to the appropriate resources within BNY. Support clients by addressing operational and technical questions or issues, ensuring timely and accurate execution of requests. Apply problem-solving skills using precedence and experience to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base. Provide clients with information about BNY products and services across a limited number of lines of business and geographies, directing them to the right resources as needed. Monitor client inquiries and escalate non-routine or complex issues to the appropriate team members. Track and document general client issues and needs to support business development efforts. Participate in internal initiatives aimed at improving the overall client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred.
