We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate Client Reporting/ Performance - II to join our team. This role is located Pittsburgh PA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in trading or brokerage preferred.
  • People leadership experience where applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on client portfolio performance.
  • Maintain online tools and reporting platforms utilized by clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding investment products, portfolio management, risk, and asset allocation.
  • Develop research analyses to understand industry trends and provide insights.
  • Provide analysis and develop reports related to account activities, performance, and investment practices.
  • Serve as a first-level escalation point for client inquiries.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of various product offerings to address client concerns effectively.
  • Train clients on report production and platform usage.
  • Interpret and suggest program or service improvements to enhance client experience.
  • Research market and industry trends to identify opportunities for product and revenue growth.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced Client Reporting and Performance staff as needed.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team goals.
  • May have people management responsibilities in some geographies.
