Enhance networks, relationships, and Principal Financial Group's local brand through active participation in associations, industry groups, advisor events, etc. Growing and retaining a block of group clients in a region through expert renewal analysis and negotiation, collaboratively selling additional products and service, enrolling clients in employer-paid and voluntary products and assisting brokers and employers groups with sophisticated service issues.
