We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our Client Processing team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is a hybrid position offering work flexibility ( 4 days in the office, 1 remote per week). In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
0-3 years of total work experience is preferred.
Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
Interact with other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
Process account-related transactions per scheduled events or client authenticated direction.
Answer inquiries and resolve problems or issues following established procedures.
Manage situations requiring adaptation of response or extensive research according to client response.
Escalate more complex situations to senior colleagues.
Integrate area knowledge with understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
Perform complex operational tasks in a product or functional area.
May be responsible for allocating and checking work of team members and specific supervisory review and approval actions.
Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
