We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Service - S4 to join our Client Service team. This role is located in Lake Mary FL In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Requirements
- High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in financial services preferred.
- Ability to provide guidance to less experienced staff and potentially serve as team leader.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert for complex transactions and processes on a daily basis and provide work direction for the team.
- Independently assist clients by responding to complex phone, email, and other inquiries regarding company products, services, and procedures.
- Research and resolve complex operational or client issues, providing status updates on problem resolution and outstanding issues to other teams.
- Assist with process improvement by contributing ideas to improve team efficiency and coordinate implementation of resulting process changes.
