About The Position

Position Purpose: The primary purpose of this important role is to support and manage the technology for our client’s day-to-day program operations for CORE clients. The CORE client base makes up approximately 50% of our total client base. The Associate COM acts as the advocate and Beeline liaison supporting the CORE Client Relationship Manager (RM) for the assigned client base.

  • Breadth to solve end-to-end problems for our customers and deliver on-target solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully working across departments.
  • Leadership skills to manage a team and influence internal and external stakeholders a plus.
  • Beeline market, product, and competitive expertise a plus

Responsibilities

  • The CORE RM is accountable for the vision while the Associate COM is accountable for the execution of this vision and operational roadmap to promote program growth and operational efficiencies.
  • The CORE RM and the Associate COM would function as an Account Team for the Core Clients
  • Gather and analyze client business problems, translating them into requirements for internal subject matter experts to execute.
  • Serves as an operational expert on their CORE client’s program and how they utilize the Beeline technology to support their strategic program vision.
  • Works closely with their CORE RM to understand and support strategic vision for program.
  • Collaborates with Client Services SMEs to execute the operational tasks in order to achieve program objectives on time and with high quality.
  • Build and maintain effective connections with clients and partners to ensure positive working relationships.
  • Participate in meetings with program team as needed to discuss present and future issues/updates.
  • Monitor reports for any issues and convey concerns to management.
  • Perform client visits when necessary to promote and foster positive Beeline relationship.
  • Communicate recommended changes for technology improvement to Core RM
