We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate II to join our client operations team. This role location in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary Florida, and is a hybrid position offering work flexibility. (4 days in office, 1 remote)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
  • People management experience may be required in some geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Work with external clients to resolve moderately complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
  • Support clients in addressing moderately complex operational and technical issues and ensure requests are executed.
  • Apply intermediate problem solving skills, experience, and judgement to analyze information and deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
  • Provide clients with information related to BNY Mellon products and services representing multiple lines of business and geographies, directing them to appropriate resources as needed.
  • Monitor client inquiries, resolve non-routine issues, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member as needed.
  • Use knowledge of client issues and needs to contribute to business development efforts.
  • Participate in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience and recommend process improvements.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced team members and may have people management responsibilities in some geographies.
  • Support multiple, moderately complex client accounts.
