About The Position

This role is within LexisNexis Legal & Professional, a part of RELX, a global provider of information-based analytics and decision tools. The company is a leader in deploying AI and advanced technologies to the legal market. As an Associate Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing, protecting, and growing revenue by selling LexisNexis products, services, and content to both prospects and existing customers.

Requirements

  • Have great successful sales experience
  • Display excellent Business-to-business sales experience
  • BS/BA degree and/or 10+ years of sales experience
  • Demonstrate proven success negotiating contracts and closing business
  • Have experience interacting with C-level corporate executives
  • Display previous field account management and marketing experience
  • Have solid communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
  • Have the ability to travel on occasion (nominal, estimated at less than 10% of the time)

Responsibilities

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals
  • Identifying, targeting and maximizing revenue and growth opportunities
  • Developing solid relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers
  • Taking responsibility for the overall health and status of the customer relationship
  • Providing customer feedback to internal partners regarding product or content issues
  • Negotiating and renegotiating contracts resulting in an aligned objective
  • Gathering customer and market insights ensuring we meet the customer needs and reporting this against our goal
