About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an Associate Client Executive for our Southfield, MI office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. We will count on you to: Maintain and expand low-risk accounts from a small book of business while assisting senior colleagues with larger or more complex accounts to develop your technical and managerial sales skills. Collaborate with senior colleagues and project specialists to identify key decision makers, account needs, and risks to recommend services and products that align with client business objectives and compliance. Conduct research and analysis to identify new buyer hubs and expansion opportunities, leveraging internal offerings and market trends to institutionalize accounts. Analyze and conceptualize project, account, and market data into viable proposals and assist in developing and presenting custom solutions for complex accounts. Ensure all managed accounts remain in good standing by addressing escalated issues promptly to maintain operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or client services, preferably in a professional services or insurance environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing client relationships.
