About The Position

The Associate Client Consultant will be responsible for driving client and product optimization within the TSYS Product Ecosystem, focusing on revenue expansion and enhancing client engagement. This role involves working closely with clients to optimize their business processes using TSYS products, thereby strengthening relationships and driving revenue growth. The consultant will utilize data-driven methodologies to provide insights and recommendations, conduct product demos, and develop business cases to facilitate client conversations. The position is hybrid, based in Atlanta or Alpharetta, GA, and operates Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm EST.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in the issuing and payment card business.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and credit card issuing.
• Ability to communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• General knowledge of web technology, data structures, and data visualization.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.

• Experience in consulting or providing expert advice in strategy, technology, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Customer Success team and Sales Managers to understand client vision, portfolio performance, goals, and challenges.
• Use strategic thinking to contribute to the development of client objectives.
• Provide data-centric consultation to align client objectives with TSYS products and services.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop business cases and facilitate client conversations.
• Conduct product demos and presentations, assisting with go-to-market packaging.
• Develop relationships with client counterparts through consulting engagements.
