The Associate Client Advocate (ACA) is responsible for supporting the client relationship and the strategy development and execution at the insurance program level, in conjunction with a Producer, GCA, or CA on Large or Complex accounts or for leading the client relationship and strategy development and execution on Middle Market house accounts. The Associate Client Advocate coordinates WTW resources to provide service and placement to meet the client’s insurance and risk management needs. The Associate Client Advocate has a strong connection to the client’s business and fundamental understanding of its industry and is the client’s primary contact for ongoing insurance needs. The Associate Client Advocate supports opportunities to maximize the profitability of existing clients by account rounding and may support new business efforts. The primary responsibility of the Associate Client Advocate is to provide an exceptional client experience, with a primary focus on direct client engagement. Responsibilities include engagement and interaction with internal resources and functions to enable the exceptional client experience. There is potential to assist and respond to defensive RPFs and attend oral presentations.
