Summary of Role: This is a full-time position, working with the Benefits Administration and Claims Advocacy teams and reporting directly to the AVP, Benefit Administration. The position requires day to day claims advocacy for multiple clients. Claim Advocates are expected to provide excellent customer service each day, handle standard claims issues for clients and their employees and provide senior team members with assistance complex appeals as needed. For local applicants, the role will follow a hybrid schedule during the training period and transition to remote work once training is completed
