About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Dallas, TX. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role supports lead advisory colleagues on construction and wrap-up accounts by understanding clients' strategic priorities, risk strategies, and management needs to deliver tailored solutions. Acts as the primary day-to-day contact, building strong client relationships while managing accounts and coordinating with internal teams and insurers to ensure seamless service delivery and business growth through cross-selling. Requirements

  • 3+ years of insurance industry experience, including a minimum of 1 year in construction/wrap-up
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • P&C license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

  • Support advisory colleagues on construction/wrap-up books of business by understanding clients' strategic priorities, risk strategies, and management needs to effectively serve them.
  • Utilize risk expertise and industry knowledge to review client exposures and loss experience, developing tailored solutions for standard client requirements.
  • Assist in client presentations and propose innovative solutions to attract new clients and projects, contributing to business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary day-to-day contact and trusted business advisor.
  • Manage an account load, coordinating with Service Offices, Client Executives, Risk Practices, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with Marsh's resources.
  • Partner with Risk Practices on business placement, interact with insurers to secure proper documentation, and support account retention and growth through cross-selling.
  • Maintain high quality in all client deliverables, including monitoring service delivery and invoicing to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on changing market conditions and actively contribute to the firm's knowledge base through internal communication within the product line.
