HealthSource of Bothell is opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art 2,400 sq ft clinic featuring three private treatment rooms, a large open rehab space, spinal decompression, and Class IV laser therapy. Requirements

Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from an accredited program
Active Washington State license or ability to obtain promptly
New graduates or chiropractors with 1–2 years of experience
Coachable, motivated, and patient-focused
Strong communicator with a growth mindset
Interested in leadership, advancement, and long-term opportunity

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient exams and assessments, including X-ray when indicated
Create and deliver personalized, evidence-based care plans
Provide chiropractic adjustments and lead progressive rehab programs
Integrate decompression, laser therapy, and supportive modalities
Educate patients and guide them through successful care graduation
Collaborate closely with the team
Participate in weekly training, mentorship, and team meetings
Support community outreach and relationship-building efforts
