HealthSource Chiropractic of Elk River is seeking a high-energy and super-friendly Associate Chiropractor to join our dynamic team. Our clinic is a fast-paced, upbeat environment dedicated to helping patients alleviate pain and return to their favorite activities through a variety of therapeutic modalities, including chiropractic care, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, sports therapy, laser therapy, massage, orthotics, nutrition, and wellness products. The ideal candidate will be coachable, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fun and supportive workplace. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the clinical operations of the clinic, performing community outreach, and building referral relationships with local businesses and healthcare providers. You will conduct patient consultations by reviewing health and medical histories, observing, and examining patients. Evaluating patients through chiropractic diagnosis and functional movement assessments will be key to assessing neuro-muscular and spine-related conditions. You will perform chiropractic adjustments to correct musculo-skeletal issues and educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care, providing them with a recommended course of treatment. Maintaining accurate patient records and histories is essential, as is building positive doctor-patient relationships.
