Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree (DC) with Texas license (or eligible for licensure)
• 0-3 years of clinical experience (new grads encouraged to apply)
• Strong adjusting, soft tissue, and rehab skills
• Outgoing, personable, and coachable team player
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Comfortable participating in community outreach events

Responsibilities

• Perform full-spine chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Thompson, and Activator techniques
• Administer soft tissue therapies, rehab protocols, decompression, and Class IV laser treatments
• Create and manage individualized treatment care plans
• Educate patients on wellness and preventative care
• Participate in community screenings, health fairs, and corporate wellness events
• Accurately document all treatments using HSWorx EMR
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions
