Associate Child Development Teacher, Infants and Toddlers
About The Position
This position assists in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and supports the Center's philosophy. The role involves supervising children using positive guidance techniques, under the supervision of a Lead Teacher. Responsibilities also include communicating with parents and co-workers, performing duties with minimal supervision, and potentially being designated as the teacher-in-charge of a classroom. Requirements
- Comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
- Provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
Nice To Haves
- Active Pediatric CPR & First Aid Certificate
- 1 or more years of experience working with infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months
- 1 or more years of teaching experience working in a Texas Licensed Childcare Facility
- 3 or more years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Experience driving a van and transporting individuals between multiple locations
