About The Position
The Associate Chief Nurse (ACN) for the Primary Care Department at the Northern Arizona VA Medical Center is responsible for leading and supervising clinical operations within outpatient primary care. This role includes managing clinical performance, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring adequate staffing and resource optimization. The ACN will also provide direct patient care, participate in committees impacting patient care, and oversee recruitment and performance evaluations of nursing staff.
