About The Position

Hippocratic AI is seeking a clinically trained leader to join our team as Associate Chief Medical Officer - Partnerships. In this role, you will serve as a trusted clinical partner to our Midwest and Eastern regions, helping organizations understand, evaluate, and adopt Hippocratic AI’s platform in a safe and impactful way. This is a hands-on, externally facing role where you’ll help shape how health systems engage with Hippocratic AI — from identifying high-impact clinical use cases to co-designing pilots and ensuring safe, effective implementation on the ground. This is an ideal role for a physician-executive who brings credibility with provider stakeholders and thrives at the intersection of clinical excellence, health system partnerships, and responsible innovation.

Requirements

• MD or equivalent clinical degree, with recent or current clinical practice experience.
• 5+ years in digital health, health system innovation, or clinical strategy roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with provider C-suite leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex ideas simply and credibly.
• Based in the Midwest or East Coast and able to travel regionally to meet with clients.

Nice To Haves

• Background in clinical informatics, value-based care, or care model innovation.
• Experience partnering with provider systems in a startup or growth-stage environment.
• Familiarity with AI or LLM-based tools and their application in healthcare delivery.
• Contributions to thought leadership, research, or health policy around clinical technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior clinical point of contact for provider organizations evaluating Hippocratic AI.
• Deliver compelling, evidence-based overviews of clinical use cases, product safety, and implementation pathways.
• Partner closely with the Sales team to support early-stage conversations, pilot design, and ongoing engagement with clinical and operational leadership.
• Translate real-world clinical workflows and needs into feedback that informs product strategy and deployment planning.
• Act as a trusted thought partner to health system executives, particularly CMOs, CMIOs, CNOs, and care transformation leaders.
• Help shape Hippocratic AI’s external voice through speaking engagements, white papers, or research collaborations on responsible AI in healthcare.
