We are currently seeking an Associate Channel Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of marketing programs that drive growth within our retail network. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in channel, retail, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tactics such as SEO, website content, digital ads, referral programs, and online reputation tools.
  • Exposure to distributed marketing platforms, Salesforce, or content management systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinker with a collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer and sales team communications to support consistent and effective delivery of key messages.
  • Support the planning and execution of National Promotions for retail partners, including creative assets, overviews, terms and conditions, and more.
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and distribution of marketing toolkits to ensure alignment with brand messaging and effective use by retail partners.
  • Help manage the distributed marketing platform by ensuring content is current, easy to navigate, and consistent with overall brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as brand marketing, digital, and field sales to ensure alignment on campaigns and tools across channels.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance data with guidance from senior team members and external vendors to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Participate in training and onboarding efforts for retail partners and sales teams to improve local marketing execution and digital engagement.
  • Contribute to market research efforts to identify new digital tools and trends that support retailer success.
  • Design and execute customer-facing materials using Indesign, Illustrator or other software.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
