About The Position

The Associate Center Director at Octapharma Plasma is responsible for overseeing the operations of a plasma donation center, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing staff, and optimizing operational performance. This role involves maintaining donor relationships, implementing training programs, and analyzing key performance indicators to enhance productivity and efficiency within the center.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or up to 3 years of related experience preferred.
  • Up to 3 years of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
  • 3 years of people management experience preferred, including recruiting and training.
  • Experience with fiscal management and/or budgeting preferred.
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry preferred.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills required.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Experience with office software preferred.
  • Ability to work daytime and evening hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all donor center functions and assets.
  • Ensure total operation compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
  • Shape employment decisions including hiring, promotions, demotions, and terminations.
  • Oversee and administer center-level employee training to align with compliance standards.
  • Supervise the implementation of training procedures and annual retraining initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee payroll records for efficient allocation of employee hours.
  • Analyze and manage operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and address deficiencies.
  • Optimize operational costs to meet and exceed targeted objectives.
  • Ensure accurate product shipments and sample submissions according to schedules.
  • Oversee marketing and advertising initiatives in collaboration with corporate departments.
  • Maintain professional relationships with donors to stimulate retention and production growth.
  • Create an organizational environment that enhances morale and productivity.
