Associate Category Manager
About The Position

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction by turning insights into smart, impactful decisions. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and gain high visibility with senior leadership while developing your career in category management.

Responsibilities
- Drive Category Growth & Strategy Support the development and execution of category strategies that deliver both short-term wins and long-term growth.
- Identify opportunities to optimize product assortment—expanding where there’s demand and streamlining where needed.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform decision-making.
- Recommend pricing, promotions, and positioning strategies to maximize performance and profitability.
- Turn Data into Insights Monitor key performance indicators including sales, margins, and inventory.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve results.
- Prepare compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting opportunities and impact.
- Manage Product Assortment & Lifecycle Oversee products from launch through end-of-life, making data-driven decisions on introductions, updates, and discontinuations.
- Help bring new products to market successfully and ensure strong in-stock performance.
- Collaborate Across Teams Partner with marketing, merchandising, operations, supply chain, and e-commerce teams to execute category initiatives.
- Work closely with digital teams to enhance online product listings, promotions, and overall customer experience.
