About The Position
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in Retail, Sales, and/or Category Management, or a High School GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience. The role involves analyzing data related to sales trends, assortment selections, or financial planning. The candidate should have knowledge of the procurement lifecycle and best practices, as well as experience in supplier negotiations and developing/executing sourcing strategies. Collaboration with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet departmental goals within budget and established timelines is essential. The position also requires intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with a willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
