Assists in analyzing, processing, and reporting on related category management opportunities. Designs, develops, and implements systems policies or procedures resulting in the accurate reporting of supply chain or system data. Responsibilities: Assists in analyzing, tracking, and reporting on category management opportunities (purchase orders, accounts payable and general ledger). Creates reports of regular and ad-hoc results on departmental requests Troubleshoots problems and researches cause of variances Interprets data and recommends appropriate course of action Develops systems and procedures to enhance departmental processing, as needed Maintains proprietary databases including data integrity, timeliness of data input and accuracy of data Maintains compliance with applicable governmental laws and regulations Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity Performs related duties as required.
