We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Cash Processing Specialist II to join our Archer team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA.

  • Receive, analyze, and process cash requests from Financial Advisors and clients.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to cash transactions promptly.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to address and rectify cash-related issues.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with Financial Advisors and clients regarding cash-related matters.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cashflow processes and implement enhancements.
  • Prioritize client satisfaction by meeting their cashflow needs accurately and promptly.
  • Generate and review reports related to cashflow activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 3-5 year's experience required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive attitude who can effectively train and supervise others.
  • Self-starter attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products with an ability to quickly learn new software applications, specifically proprietary systems.
