About The Position

The Associate Campus Director is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the Campus Director in the daily operations and strategic initiatives of our Denver campus. This position provides comprehensive oversight across critical functions including campus operations, student services, admissions, financial aid, career services, and facilities management. The ideal candidate is an operational expert, a collaborative leader, and a champion for student success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Three (3) years of experience managing a private, proprietary school.
  • Professional experience may be substituted for the degree requirement on an equivalent basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in the field of health professions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Campus Director with financial operations, including accounts payable, petty cash, and annual budget development.
  • Maintain financials for campus staff meetings and assist in compiling statistical reports.
  • Complete catalog addendum updates and ensure the accuracy of all campus publications.
  • Collaborate with the Student Services Coordinator to advise students on academic, attendance, and program-related concerns.
  • Serve as a primary liaison among students, faculty, and staff to foster a supportive educational environment.
  • Lead the appeal process for students seeking program re-enrollment, coordinating committees and communicating outcomes.
  • Prepare required reports to ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting agency standards.
  • Serve as the leader of the Campus Safety Committee; conduct all safety drills and annual training.
  • Collaborate with the home office reporting and complete yearly updates to the campus Emergency Safety Manual.
  • Serve as the Designated Signing Officer (DSO) for all Student Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) international students, ensuring forms and system compliance.
  • Recruit, select, and hire new office support staff.
  • Train, supervise, and conduct performance evaluations for administrative office staff.
  • Assist the Campus Director in interviewing and onboarding new campus hires.
  • Manage all campus staff and faculty activities in the absence of the Campus Director.
  • Coordinate campus repairs, building maintenance, and ensure facilities are clean, safe, and secure.
  • Collaborate with the Campus Director to plan and implement student activities, graduations, and campus events.
  • Provide oversight and coordination for all campus committees.
