About The Position

The Coffee Class and Almond and Oat are bakery bistros focused on scratch-made food, handcrafted lattes, and elevated service. We are growing and hiring Associate Cafe Managers who can lead with energy, uphold high standards, and set clear expectations for their teams.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of leadership experience in hospitality or food service preferred
• Comfortable setting expectations and giving direct, constructive feedback
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Organized, detail-focused, and quality-driven
• Positive energy and leadership presence during busy shifts
• Open to learning and growing within a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and flexible availability required

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cafe operations and ensure consistent execution
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable
• Coach, train, and support staff in meeting service and performance standards
• Keep every shift organized, on time, and high-energy
• Create a positive guest experience with warm greetings, product knowledge, and upselling
• Maintain cleanliness, food quality, and safety standards
• Collaborate with the Cafe Manager and Director of Operations to drive results
