About The Position

The Associate Buyer supports the procurement organization by providing purchasing and project assistance through procuring goods and services, vendor management and reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proven ability to multi-task and stay organized in fast paced environment.
• Professional oral and written communication
• 2-year degree
• High School diploma.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years procurement experience
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now or Service Channel
• Experience with facility service providers and/or technology providers
• Understanding of business and finance
• Ability to effectively collaborate on a team
• Displays ownership and sense of urgency with assigned tasks and timely completion.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
