We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Business Technology Liaison II to join our Loans Enablement Operations team. This role is located in Houston, TX . In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
- Technical experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements and BNY Mellon corporate policies involving risk and control.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of functional or operational requirements.
- Test and train users on applications with guidance from more experienced colleagues.
- Interface with all areas of IT on behalf of the business to resolve IT matters and improve business processes.
- Support process improvement reviews and summarize business issues and client feedback for team review.
