About The Position

The Associate, Business Systems Consultant - SAP Concur serves as the primary IT/BTS contact for Travel & Expense (T&E) systems, focusing on the configuration and maintenance of the Travel & Expense Application. This role involves analyzing business processes, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and enhancing user experience through effective system operations and strategic technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years' experience; Or Master's Degree with 5 years' experience; Or PhD with 0 years' experience.
• Experience with Concur Travel & Expense application is preferred.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with SAP and Workday systems.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and communicate with Business Partners to understand specific business processes and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate and Divisional Policies when proposing solutions.
• Maintain system integrity and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify current and emerging business needs and evaluate alternative technology solutions.
• Develop technology strategies that meet business requirements and identify business benefits of alternative strategies.
• Prepare testing plans to confirm that requirements and system design are accurate and complete.
• Analyze the impact of system changes and partner with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
• Provide design recommendations and identify potential conflicts impacting user experience.
• Create and maintain System Life Cycle (SLC) documents for system implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users to troubleshoot issues and work with technical teams to resolve problems efficiently.
• Manage and perform system configurations to meet business requirements.
