About The Position

The Associate Business Systems Analyst position will be working for Corporate IT and will be responsible for delivering custom application solutions. These custom applications are deployed globally and include e-commerce websites, mobile applications, manufacturing efficiency solutions, point of sale systems, custom CRM applications, and general business automation strategies and solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a drive to learn and be passionate about new technologies and leveraging them to add value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or directly related work experience
• 1-3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency with SQL and 3rd party system integrated solutions

Nice To Haves

• Power BI report writing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform business requirement analysis for new and existing systems
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, & uncover areas for improvement
• Effectively extract functional requirements from cross-functional teams and management
• Document requirements and analysis findings in functional specifications for development
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Perform user acceptance testing
• Update, implement, and maintain SOPs and procedures
• Assist in providing support to an existing suite of applications
