The Associate Business Systems Analyst assists in the analysis and documentation of business processes, data, and requirements. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 0-1 years experience as a systems analyst or related role
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management
  • Must be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; emphasis on exceptional listening skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-directed and motivated
  • A curious mind, strong critical thinking skills, and a continuous drive to expand and learn for the future

  • Relevant certifications, such as ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis), are advantageous but not required

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clear and concise documentation.
  • Provide support to other systems analysts in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects with significant size or impact.
  • Document existing business processes, workflows, and procedures to gain foundational knowledge of the business and help identify areas of improvement.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data to identify insights relevant to business needs.
  • Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and scrum teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project or enhancement goals.
  • Maintain project documentation, including but not limited to user stories, functional requirements, meeting minutes, and solutions for defects.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure systems are built and configured to requirements and design specifications; participate in the development of the test plan and test cases.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving business issues or solution defects by proposing innovative solutions and alternatives.
  • Take direction from senior-level staff, including project managers, technical teams, and other analysts.
  • May lead in responsibility for analysis work streams for smaller projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.

  • Salary Range: You`ll earn between $32.56 - $40.87 on an hourly basis, depending on experience.
  • Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
