The Associate Business Performance Consultant (ABPC) is a sales role designed for individuals with 2+ years of successful selling experience who are eager to advance into a consultative sales career. This position participates in an 18–24-month development program to learn the Insperity business model, solutions portfolio, and consultative selling approach. Upon successful completion, the ABPC will be prepared to transition into a Business Performance Consultant (BPC) or equivalent role within the sales organization. The ABPC is responsible for driving business development for Insperity’s Middle Market, Enterprise, and HRScale solutions while actively building the skills and knowledge required for future advancement.
