Secure and retain business through professional, consultative, proactive sales activities directed at decision-makers and decision influencers at existing and new clinical sponsors. The role involves actively prospecting and leveraging potential new business opportunities within specified customer accounts, cultivating strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, and developing in-depth knowledge of the customer organization. The position requires maintaining general knowledge of all IQVIA services for appropriate cross-sell opportunities and aggressively pursuing awareness of competitive activities, positioning, and pricing. The candidate will identify and respond to customer needs, propose appropriate strategies and solutions, coordinate with contracts/proposals to develop proposals, and work with operations and functional managers to prepare and lead sales presentations. The role also includes monitoring customer satisfaction, establishing and executing comprehensive sales plans, and recording all customer sales-related activities in the CRM system.
