About The Position

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help design and delivery of our enterprise Business Intelligence reporting and dashboard solutions. Typical engagements include campaign reporting, KPI and benchmark analysis, and end-to-end development, automation and production of marketing and business dashboards for clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Math or a related technical field.
constraints, triggers, views, stored procedures and functions, packages, and types
Experience with Tableau Desktop/Server based on dashboard development
Strong business analysis skills and project management skills
Knowledge of relational databases, database structure/design and SQL query writing.
Experience with large BI/Data Warehouse projects
Experience working with different data sources (Oracle/SQL Server/Flat file/Excel), extracting, manipulating with the data and loading into databases
High level of proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
Highly analytical problem solver
Ability to multi-task, understand and be responsive to internal/external client needs, and work under tight deadlines
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Fully capable to work independently and be self-directed in their role
Demonstrate a desire to remain current with industry technologies and standards
10-15% travel requirement

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of PowerBI, Alteryx and other BI tools preferred
Applies basic statistical or modeling techniques (Python a plus) to validate results

Responsibilities

Owns hands-on improvement of key KPIs (CSAT, productivity, quality, etc.), not just reporting on them
Designs and runs small pilots and experiments to test changes in training, staffing, or processes
Measures before-and-after impact to see what actually moves outcomes
Uses data (SQL, Excel, Tableau/BI tools) to drive real operational decisions
Applies basic statistical or modeling techniques (Python a plus) to validate results
Brings a Lean / Six Sigma mindset to identify waste and improve workflows
Stays close to the business, partnering with operations to fix real problems—not just analyze them
