About The Position
As an Associate Business Analyst at Spectrum, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business operations and recommending solutions that align individual business functions with organizational goals. The RFO team, which you will be a part of, manages problem management and reason for outage processes within the organization. This team collaborates with multiple departments to achieve various business objectives, ensuring that the company operates efficiently and effectively. In this position, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the structure, policies, and operations of the organization. You will assist in recommending solutions aimed at improving general business processes and planning. Your responsibilities will include compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data related to current and future operations. You will create reports, charts, graphs, and presentations to propose new strategies for successful business changes. Additionally, you will develop project estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements, and costs. Analyzing external market dynamics and other data sources will be essential to assess trends and assist in developing actionable insights and recommendations for management. You may also make recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. This role requires a proactive approach to support efforts that simplify and enhance the customer experience, and you will perform other duties as requested.
