About The Position
As an Associate Business Analyst (ABA) at Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC), you will embark on a unique rotational program designed to provide you with comprehensive training and experience across various departments including Pricing, Finance, Business Operations, Contracts, and Program Management. This program is structured to last approximately 2-3 months per rotation, allowing you to gain a high-level understanding of the company and the Aviation/Aerospace industry. Throughout your rotations, you will be responsible for completing specific learning objectives that will enhance your skills and knowledge in each area. The program is not only an opportunity for professional development but also a pathway to potentially secure a permanent position within one of the teams at SNC, depending on current openings at various locations. SNC's corporate team plays a crucial role in providing strategic direction and business support across multiple functions including executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications. As part of this dynamic environment, you will be expected to engage with various stakeholders and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
