Our Corporate Finance, ERP team utilizes state-of-the-art technology to expertly prepare, analyze, and interpret financial data, producing comprehensive financial reports that capture every aspect of Spectrum's telecommunications business. As an Associate Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing business operations and recommending solutions to align individual business functions with organizational goals. This role gains an understanding of the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and assists in recommending solutions to improve general business processes and planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience with business analysis or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify business challenges and opportunities quickly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team setting.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP and Ariba experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Working with business stakeholders, analyzing business operations, and recommending solutions to align individual business functions with organizational goals.
  • Gaining an understanding of the structure, policies, and operations of an organization.
  • Compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data related to current and future operations.
  • Creating reports, charts, graphs, and presentations to aid in proposing new strategies for successful business changes.
  • Developing project estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements, and costs.
  • Analyzing external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and assist in developing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
  • Making recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
  • Performing other duties as requested.
