About The Position

In this role, you will support the full deal lifecycle, working closely with two seasoned Casualty producers on both new business and renewal opportunities. You will leverage AI in practice, using and contributing to the development of cutting-edge technology that has never been seen in wholesale insurance. Additionally, you will develop agency marketing skills by collaborating with producers to grow and activate new agency customer relationships. The position is designed for you to grow into a production role, with a focus on becoming a fully fledged producer on a set timeline, supported by a customized development plan.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of insurance experience in surplus lines brokering.
• Proper licensing for the lines of business managed or readiness to obtain them quickly.
• Consultative approach with a focus on relationship-first sales and service.
• Ability to manage a heavy pipeline and deliver quotes quickly and accurately.
• Tech-forward mindset, eager to adopt new technology.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering polished work.
• Resourceful and creative in problem-solving under pressure.
• Willingness to travel for agent visits, events, and new business opportunities.
