As an Associate Branded Content Editor, you’ll own the execution of high-volume branded content across Babylist’s platforms—writing, editing, and producing work that is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on deadline. This role sits at the center of our branded content engine, where speed and quality both matter. You’re not just writing—you’re helping us scale how we write by integrating AI and automation into everyday editorial workflows. Your day-to-day is a mix of writing, editing, and production. You’ll create short-form branded content across formats like email, onsite placements, product pages, and custom content, while also building repeatable systems that make this work faster and more consistent. You’ll actively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to draft, refine, and repurpose content—developing prompts and workflows that maintain Babylist’s voice. You’ll partner closely with editors, producers, PMs, and sales to keep deliverables moving, managing multiple assignments at once and adapting quickly to feedback. This is not a purely creative writing role. If you prefer long-form storytelling, slower editorial cycles, or working without structure and constraints, this will be a tough fit. The work is fast, iterative, and detail-heavy—you’ll need to be comfortable producing high volumes of content, working within defined formats, and using AI as a core part of your workflow without compromising quality.
