About the Role The Associate Brand Manager, Influencer & Community Management will support the development and execution of influencer marketing programs and community engagement initiatives across the Personal Care portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creators, social culture, and building meaningful consumer connections. You will work closely with the Associate Director to bring strategies to life—managing day to day operations, coordinating with creators and agencies, monitoring social conversations, and helping ensure our brands show up authentically across platforms. This is a hands on role with significant exposure to brand teams, creators, and cross functional partners.
