About The Position
This is not your typical CPG gig. You'll be in the passenger seat working hand-in-hand with the brand manager, on a wild ride to launch a new brand in the US. Get ready to roll-up your sleeves and get your hands into all kinds of projects — from consumer testing, recipe development, and packaging design to direct exposure with senior leadership as we invest in new capabilities and future innovation. You'll be learning fast, thinking smart, and turning insights into action. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to ask questions and have an opinion. The Associate Brand Manager, Snacking will need to be able to connect dots quickly between key people, data points, and processes, to support the brand manager as they build strategic growth plans, pitch to major retailers, and story-tell to consumers. Our launch ambitions are big, so your appetite for jumping in, owning projects and driving impact needs to be too!
