Magnum ice cream celebrated its 10-year anniversary in the US in 2021, and this candidate will have the unique opportunity to solidify Magnum as a leader in the fastest growing segment in the US ice cream market: super premium frozen novelty. Ice Cream is a category with complete interdependency between supply chain, customer marketing, finance, and marketing. As such this role will flex across the traditional brand marketing roles to help drive the business forward. The ideal candidate will drive the business forward with out-of-the-box ideas, strong leadership of the cross-functional team, and a hunger to challenge the status quo and realize the full growth potential of Magnum in the US. In this role, you'll handle forecasts, budget, agency relationships, and key customers for the Magnum business. The person who will be successful in this position is motivated, engaged, and passionate about taking on responsibility and being our partner in driving growth. Magnum is global business with extreme local market nuances, so close and collaborative work across innovation and operations is a must. Only as a team will we raise the awareness needed for Magnum ice cream in the US to compete against the long-standing competitors in our category.
