About The Position

The Coca‑Cola Company—refreshing the world and inspiring moments of happiness for over 138 years—is seeking an Associate Brand Manager – Kids Juice to join our Nutrition team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you’ll help lead the charge on our exciting portfolio of Kids Juice brands, including Honest Kids, Minute Maid, HI‑C, and Tum‑e Yummies. You’ll bring fresh ideas, creative energy, and a sharp strategic mindset to fuel brand growth, connect with families, and inspire kids of all ages.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years in brand management, marketing, or a related role; consumer goods industry experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of brand strategy development and multichannel marketing concepts.
  • Experience in market research, with strong analytical skills for turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and influence.
  • Balanced mix of creative thinking and analytical problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects to deadline.
  • Self-starter with proactive initiative and a passion for delivering results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and understand target customer segments—parents, caregivers, and kids—and uncover the values and behaviors that influence purchase decisions.
  • Develop engaging brand positioning, fun and vibrant marketing themes, and select media channels that effectively reach and resonate with families.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple touchpoints, including advertising, content marketing, direct promotions, in‑store activations, events, and digital engagement.
  • Ensure every consumer interaction delivers joy and aligns with each brand's identity and our overall nutrition strategy.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of marketing materials that reflect our brands’ personality and appeal to both kids and parents.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, applying learnings to continually enhance impact.
  • Take ownership of projects and processes within larger programs, working collaboratively yet independently to push initiatives forward.
