Requirements

  • BS/BA (Business, Marketing, Social Sciences - Psychology, Sociology, Economics), MBA preferred
  • 2 - 5 years experience in CPG brand management and/or marketing
  • Demonstrated leadership and organization skills required to be able to lead projects, partner cross-functionally, and work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; attention to detail; strong analytical skills; solid financial acumen
  • Ability to analyze market and research data and derive insights that lead to actions designed to generate incremental sales and profits
  • Creative mindset and strong team player

Responsibilities

  • Lead concept ideation/development/activation of new products for the base got2b team
  • Support pipeline strategy through trends, insights, and white space identification
  • Lead day to day project management with R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, and Agency partners.
  • Maintain project timelines, conduct status meetings, and ensure assets, samples, and briefs are delivered on schedule.
  • Manage costing, forecast assumptions, artwork routing, and formulation milestones
  • Support go-to-market launch planning in partnership with activation team
  • Lead SKU/portfolio maintenance commercialization projects
  • Post launch tracking & analysis
