About The Position
The opportunity involves safeguarding the Bank's assets and liabilities and clients' interests, ensuring the accuracy of financial records by continually reviewing, monitoring, and improving the set of policies and procedures in place at NYB. The role includes assisting in the Operational Oversight Program for Cross Border Services, ensuring compliance with established RBC policies and regulatory standards. Additionally, the position requires providing effective inquiry resolution and service delivery to Demand Deposit Account (DDA) clients of New York Branch, monitoring unpostable items, balancing US tracing items, and reconciling USD Par Cross checks received on behalf of business clients of Canadian branches.
