About The Position

Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Clinical Engineering, the Biomedical Equipment Technician I is responsible to provide scheduled maintenance, minor repairs and electrical safety inspections on general patient care medical equipment. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree - Biomedical Technology or Electronics Technology, military or technical school certificate.
  • Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year - Experience with patient care electronic medical devices at a circuit level.
